Well today was July 4th and Hyder Alaska had its own activities happening such as:
-open concession stand (with hot dogs, chili dogs, cinnamon buns, cookies, pop, corn, watermelon, and crab.
-a pet parade
-kid's games
-$$ Hunt for kid's up to the third grade
-ax throw -broom stick -annual bush woman classic (relay race)
-pointy stick toss -ugly vehicle contest (all vehicle must be running with no human pushing it)
-chicken shit board (a chick shits on your number you win money)kind of like bingo
-pirate party at a bar
-Texas poker game Now my son and I did the first three things on the list and came home.
I wanted to do more but hubby is working grave yards and is not able to look after our son for me to do other games that is for adults.
