Potties, Naps, Loose teeth

Well my son has been potty training what seems like forever (3-4weeks). Its now become a habit of bringing him to the bathroom every couple of hours and when he asks. He has been doing really well going on the potty at home and in public places or peeing on the snowbank when worse comes to worse and there is no potty.

As well at the same time of doing potty training he has stopped taking his naps. No matter how long he slept for his nap he would be up that much longer at night before falling asleep. If I made sure his naps were shorter when we got him up he would be very cranky. If we put him to bed later he would wake up earlier in the morning and be cranky all day long. So we took out the naps and he does quite well and falls fast asleep when he goes to bed at 730PM and sleeps his full 12hours if not more but not much more.

I had no clue that dogs can loose their baby teeth or even had baby teeth. I notice today that Sandy our dog was missing a tooth and she had two other teeth that were bleeding a bit and loose. So I looked on the net and its really true. Dogs loose their teeth just like kids do and grow their big teeth in. With some breeds of dogs they can have up to four sets of teeth. Interesting.

As for the rest of our lives, we are still enjoying and still don't believe that we have a truck that is ours. If you go to my previous post I have all the info there. I still love it here and being so remote doesn't bother me one bit. No matter how many times I look at the mountains day or night, doesn't matter on the weather, it is just plain breath taking and sometimes overwhelming from all the beauty.
