Words out of my almost 6 year old son.........

The other night AFTER I put my son to bed, he comes back down stairs and stands in our kitchen with one hand on his hips and tells us with a smirk on his face and a smile with some body language........

" I can not sleep with all the noise you two are making. It's keeping me up. Keep the noise down and turn down the T.V." (The noise level was no different than any other night.)


Just last night while my son and I were doing his bed time pray this is what he said in his pray........

"Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this day, thank you for the food and my house, and the clothes. Thank you for my family. Thank you for my day and for the wonderful world you have created just for me and for me to play in".

Bed time

You know that your child is ready for bed when they are happy to see the play pen and they are trying to climb in.

No there is nothing new or special in there either. All the same same stuff they see every night.
