1st Family Vacation

Well we are back from our camping trip and it went well except for all the rain. We had lot of fun and enjoyed our time. We can't wait for next year when we go hopefully in July.

Our little guy is growing up so much. He is 13 months old and is crawling every where and into everything. He can say more words but only when he wants to. At camp he started to say

Hi
Bye
Hugs
Duck
Quack
Wow
Papa
Yum
Da
Dada

He is still teething and now has 11 teeth in total.

Pretty soon he won't be my little baby any more. He will be my little man.

Reading the daily news

I was doing the dishes when I heard him laughing. So I stopped what I was doing and took a look and this is what I saw.

1st out of two camping trips

Well we are back for a couple days from our camping trip.

I am very pleased to say that he did very well camping. He really enjoyed himself.

But the poor thing was eaten alive the first night that we got there. We were trying to put up or 13 men tent but by the time we got it up it was nice and dark and didn't see that he was all eaten up until the next day in the sunlight. His poor little forehead was covered in miskitoes bites. They did end up healing by the way.

He went swimming almost every day that we were there in a pool which he loves a lot. He played in the sun and enjoy the tons of fresh air.

Know I know he will be ok for our next camping trip that is coming up for two weeks. But this time we are going to be more in the bush in a national park in ontario.

My little man is growing up so fast. He is holding on to everything and is just beginning to walk by holding on to things. He loves to walk while holding on to someone's hands, and getting up on his own while holding on to something with one hand.

He is also saying a few more things as well such as baul (ball), hi, dada, and pa. He is eating solids with mommy watching him, and starting to use objects the right way (holding the phone to his ear, looking at a book and turning the pages).

I can't wait until he starts walking, than the fun begins.
